The shoulder straps are wide and padded to provide optimal comfort and the hook-and-loop fastening straps ensure a tight and secure grip. The pre-filled sand weights can be removed to decrease weight or moved to empty weight pockets to redistribute the weight according to your training needs. The 11lb vest has 2 rows of weight pockets on the front and back, and features a single row of fastening straps. The 22, 33, 44, 55 and 66 lb vests have 3 rows of weight pockets at the front and 4 rows at the back. These models feature 2 rows of fastening straps.
